The family owners of Barr an Uisce (literal English translation “above the water”) have been Publicans in the town of Redcross for many
years prior to building a distillery. This explains their deep commitment to the environment with the distillery. As a member of the Origin Green environmental group, Barr an Uisce is committed to sourcing 75% of its raw materials from suppliers with recognised sustainability certifications.
