Dingle
Dingle Distillery was founded by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. In 2012, after gaining a foothold in
Ireland's craft beer scene in the 1990s, the three decided to expand their range to spirits - especially Irish Whiskey. That same year, 2012, they filled their first cask with new make spirit. With that, the three jumped on the craft Whiskey bandwagon in Ireland and in 2019 they brought master distiller Graham Coull (Glen Moray Distillery) on board.
