Isle of Raasay
Established in 2017, Isle of Rasaay Hebridean Distillers became the first legal distillery on the Hebridean Island of Rasaay, a short distance away
from the Isle of Skye on Scotlands west coast. As production ramps up, the hope is to produce a 100% Rasaay Malt in collaboration with local barley growers and using Rasaay peat.
