Knob Creek
Knob Creek is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky and was introduced to target the
higher end liquor market. Aged longer and bottled at a higher ABV, Knob Creek is distilled under the direction of master distiller Fred Noe. Fred is the son of Knob Creek founder, Booker Noe, who is the grandson of Jim Beam.
