The latest version of 'This is Not Whisky' from distiller Gurpreet Ranu and Anohka Distillers. This expression demonstrates how far Anohka has come since its initial distillates in 2022. Adjustments to fermentation times, distillation temps and times, and experimentation with casking have all led to significant progression in the nose/taste/mouthfeel. Given how creamy and caramelly this version is (at a very manageable ABV), we can foresee great things coming in the years ahead for this Canadian distillery.
