Introducing the Oak Species Maturation Series, showcasing how individual species of oak interacts with Isle of Raasay single malt spirit during maturation to create complexity, depth and flavour in abundance. This fully matured Colombian oak matured whisky offers delicious flavours of crème brûlée and heather smoke and is undoubtedly a whisky to which you will keep going back. Total worldwide outturn: 8500 bottles.
Nose: Heather smoke, vanilla, caramel, tobacco leaf, stone fruit and Mirabelle plums.
Palate: Dark vibrant fruit, vanilla bean, ginger snaps, Crème Brûlée, milk chocolate treacle and black cherry.
Finish: Medium-long finish that is sweet and oaky.
