SCN Tasting Notes
Nose: The notes on the nose come in fast and furiously: barbecued plantains, smoked kippers, chocolate lava cake, burnt oak spice, fresh ocean sea spray, squid ink, and smoked hazelnuts.
Palate: The smoke and sherry seem to be dueling here and we’re on the sidelines watching the fight of the century. Leather motorcycle jackets in low tide, hot barbecue sauce brushed on fresh fennel, warm Guinness™, and burnt tempeh bacon.
Finish: The finish goes on and on with fresh potting soil, more smoked nuts, and warming chipotle smoked chocolates
