Emerald Giant Cask Strength Rye is a limited edition, uncut and unfiltered bottling from the distillery's core portfolio.
Aged for at least 4 years, this straight rye expression utilizes three different grains in its mashbill: 92% rye, 5% malted barley and 3% wheat.
Nose: Natural rye aroma followed by a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon with a faint hint of pepper.
Palate: Unparalleled spice complexity with smooth rye notes. a hint of honey and orange peel.
Finish: Leans towards the savoury side with a big hit of cinnamon.
