Cadenhead’s 7-Stars is a historic blended Scotch whisky originally bottled many decades ago. It was created to demonstrate that exquisite whisky could be crafted by blending carefully selected casks from Cadenhead's extensive collection.
Cadenhead's traditions and methods haven’t changed, and they decided to resurrect the 7-Star expression mainly using whiskies produced from the Spey region of Scotland. The blend (60% grain/40% malt) was then finished in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it a bolder yet well-balanced flavour.

Nose: Strawberries and cream, apple crumble, butter biscuits
Palate: Tangerine skin, Muscovado sugar, ginger snap biscuits
Finish: Raisins, cold cocoa drink, slightly hoppy and zesty.
