Compass Box Artist #11 Generosity is produced from two Lowland single grains.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Medicinal (band aid), vegetal (green grass), vanilla and peppery notes. Allowed to breathe, sage, verbena, and rosemary. Finally, nutmeg fills the air.
Palate: Elegant, distinguished. The rich and lively attack is a very subtle combination of vanilla, cinnamon, cut hay and Williams Pear.
Finish: Long, and in unison with the nose and palate. Vanilla, fruity, spicy with notes of dark chocolate.
