Mash Bill: 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley
Nose: Sweet corn, allspice and oak.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel, vanilla, allspice, apricot, and pear.
Finish: Allspice fades into lingering notes of oak, pear, and vanilla.
