The Sherry Cask Single Malt was milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and bottled in Canmore, Alberta. It was then aged for a minimum of 4 years and finished in PX Sherry Casks.
Nose: Chewy dried figs and chocolate covered raisins.
Palate: Rounded malty notes and fruit leather.
Finish: Soft French.
