Alcohol products that are purchased from Whiskydrop.ca are sold in Alberta – thus ownership title passes to the buyer in Alberta. Whiskydrop.ca makes no representation to the legal rights of purchasers to import alcohol into any province outside of Alberta. It is solely the purchaser who is responsible for the shipment or importation of alcoholic products. By placing an order with Whiskydrop.ca the purchaser acknowledges that arrangements to ship alcoholic product(s) out of Alberta are being undertaken at the request of, and under the direction of the purchaser and that the purchaser accepts all responsibility for all costs (including but not limited to taxes or tariffs imposed by regulatory authorities) associated with the transmission of the product.
