Appleton Estate 21-year rum is produced in Jamaica at the country’s most renowned sugar estates and is distilled using smaller copper pot stills that were designed for Appleton Estate. The rum is aged for 21 years in American oak barrels before being blended together. Once blended, the rum is re-casked for two years to marry the flavors.
Nose: Orange marmalade, milk chocolate and red pepper flakes.
Palate: Demerara sugar, mocha, and plums.
Finish: Long and creamy.
