Featured in one of Whisky Drop's Cadenhead Tastings, this 'A Speyside' is a wonderfully rare, bourbon-finished single malt.
The fresh, fruity nose immediately grabbed everyone's attention, followed by a palate that developed into an earthy note with sweeter hints, like almond and blueberry. The finish is satisfying, with light, fruity notes lingering on the tongue.
Nose: Fresh nose, pineapple juice, green apples & citrus
Palate: Earthy, almond flakes & blueberry muffin
Finish: Light, satisfying white grapes and summer fruit.
