Don Papa Small Batch Rum is produced by the Bleeding Heart Rum Company on the southern island of Negros in the Philippines. The rum is distilled from molasses, then aged for over 7 years in American oak
Nose: Fruity notes up front, with sweet tangerines, apricots and then vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with runny toffee sauce.
Palate: Vanilla and cinnamon with hints of raisin (sultana's)
Finish: Medium length with punchy cinnamon.
