This is a 12 year old expression, and once again, there's no clues as to who distilled it (though if you trust your whisky-tasting skills, you might be able to make an educated guess as to which venerable, family-owned Speyside distillery bottled this outstanding expression).
Nose: Dried apricots, hot cocoa and freshly-cut hay.
Palate: Lavender Honey, toffee, orchard fruit and cayenne powder.
Finish: Long finish with plenty of sweet fruit.
