The team at Nevada H&C Distilling took the same vintage blending philosophy that was used to create the Small Batch expression, except this time the goal was to create high proof bourbon that tastes best unadulterated. Uncut is so rich and sweet with an unbelievably thick mouth feel, the heat and rye spice finish are a welcome addition. It's like milk with cookies!
Mashbill: 60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Malted Barley
Nose: Rich caramel with complimentary notes cinnamon, orange peel and Christmas spice.
Palate: Sweet caramel, chocolate Cherry Blossom, oak spices and a hint of tobacco.
Finish: The finish continues with the darker flavor profile - particularly cinnamon, tobacco and drying rye spices.
