High Coast
High Coast began life producing "Box" Single Malt Whisky - referencing the box factory that formerly occupied the building where the distillery now resides. The name was changed High Coast in 2018 due to a small conflict with another company with "box" in their name. The distillery produces both peated and un-peated expressions and uses Swedish-grown Pilsner malt. And the biggest complaint the distillers have about living in such a pristine environment is that the water they use might actually be too clean ... a very nice problem to have.
