The spirit gently matures in carefully hand-selected Oloroso sherry and ex-Bourbon casks. Finishing in an Oloroso sherry cask creates extraordinary layers of rich, sensory discovery.
Nose: Decadent vanilla caramel, red berries and marzipan.
Palate: Ripe pears, lemon juice, cinnamon, toasted almonds and peaches in syrup. All this on a mild, smokey foundation.
Finish: Pleasantly long with a sweet and spicy finale.
