We DO NOT ship any products outside of Canada.

Any orders returned to us by our delivery partners due to a customer error in address entry, a failure to receive the order during the first two delivery attempts, or a failure to pick up your order from collection locations within one week of delivery notification will be refunded minus the original shipping charge, or re-shipped for an additional fee.

Alcohol products purchased from Whiskydrop.ca are sold in Alberta – thus, ownership title passes to the buyer in Alberta. Whiskydrop.ca makes no representation of the legal rights of purchasers to import alcohol into any province outside of Alberta. It is solely the purchaser who is responsible for the shipment or importation of alcoholic products. 

By placing an order with Whiskydrop.ca, the purchaser acknowledges that arrangements to ship alcoholic product(s) out of Alberta are being undertaken at the request of and under the direction of the purchaser and that the purchaser accepts all responsibility for all costs (including but not limited to taxes or tariffs imposed by regulatory authorities) associated with the transmission of the product.

Toutes les commandes qui nous sont retournées par nos partenaires de livraison en raison d'une erreur de saisie de l'adresse par le client, de la non-réception de la commande lors des deux premières tentatives de livraison ou de la non-réception de la commande dans les points de collecte dans un délai d'une semaine à compter de la notification de la livraison seront remboursées moins les frais d'expédition initiaux, ou réexpédiées moyennant des frais supplémentaires.
