The cask strength edition of the signature Isle of Ramsay Single malt is lightly peated balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Honey gold in colour with hints of red wine hues. Total worldwide outturn: 8400 bottles.
Nose: Stewed fruit and citrus with a hint of smoke.
Palate: Thick creamy mouthfeel, vanilla, toffee and the citrus carries from the nose.
Finish: Long and rich with a touch of sweet heat.
