With every sip, wisps of peat smoke envelop the senses, reminiscent of bonfires on a cool coastal evening.
From a marriage of refill casks, both ex-Bourbon hogsheads and ex-Sherry octaves, this is a small batch release of 1000 litres at a time
Non chill-filtered, and natural cask colouring.
Nose: Citrus, smoke and oak. Earthy peat smoke with hay, roasted malt,fudge, and dried fruit.
Palate: Dry punchy peat in the foreground, juicy fruits and warm vanilla.
Finish: Lingering notes of stewed fruits.
