Baldur’s (formerly known as LMD Whisky) carries on a tradition of excellence. Saskatchewan grains are milled and mashed on-site, ensuring the freshest ingredients go into every bottle. Time-tested distillation methods coax out the full potential of the grain. Each release then undergoes a unique process — first in new charred oak casks for boldness and finished in specialty casks for a touch of unexpected flavour.
This limited edition premium small-batch whisky, made from 100% Canadian wheat, achieves a smooth texture and a balance between sweet and spice.
Nose: New oak aromas: vanilla, caramel and oak
Palate: Grassy, honeyed wheat, and oaky spice.
Finish: Medium with lingering spice and gentle vanilla.
