This Legacy Series release takes you from Tullamore to Vancouver and back again on a voyage worthy of any intrepid adventurer. With their friends at Brewhall craft brewery, Egan’s has created something truly unique. This well-travelled single malt has been aged in bourbon barrels before going into Brewhall’s 7109 (the distance between Ireland and Vancouver) Imperial Stout casks.
Nose: Toasted barley and a little spice
Palate: Espresso, cocoa and raisins.
Finish: Long and a little fine acidity to give it a surprisingly refreshing finish.
