Mashbill: 70% Corn, 21% Rye, 9% Malted Barley.
Nose: Cinnamon buns, Demerara sugar, vanillans.
Palate: Freshly baked oatmeal raisin cookies, Christmas spices: cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamon.
Finish: Oily and long.
