Nose: Bright nose with a spicy, cedar note. Cinnamon and nutmeg pleasantly stand out.
Palate: Thinner texture than one might expect - given the lower grain content. Plenty of red fruits with a hint of sweet rhubarb compote, which makes for a nicely balanced sipper.
Finish: Medium finish, palate flavours linger.
