Great Plains Craft Spirits is a small producer based in Calgary, Alberta that was founded in 2016. Its mission is to craft world-class, artisanal
whisky by sourcing limited lots of well-aged Canadian whiskies - in casks and at full-strength. These are then finished in barrels that previously held distilled spirits imported from the finest estates in Cognac, Armagnac, and Andalusia.
